Note : pdf files are considered considered "camera-ready" copies - and are single spaced. MS Word files need to be type-set and, thus, are double spaced. We will accept up to 6 pages for the final full paper.

Poster Presentation
The poster presentation of your paper may be up to 4' x 4' (121 cm x 121 cm) in size. For your convenience, mounting supplies will be provided and staff members will be available to assist in setting up your poster if needed.
Oral Presentation
A notebook computer and LCD projector are provided in each session meeting room. Each computer will support electronic presentations prepared in pdf or Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 or earlier formats. We recommend storing and transferring your presentation materials on either a USB flash drive or CD-ROM . Please arrive at the designated meeting room at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your session to meet the chairperson and fellow presenters, as well as to transfer your presentation material to the computer. The session chairperson and a conference staff member will be available to assist you if needed. Please note that due to the tight session schedule, all presentations must be made from the provided notebook computer. A laser pointer will also be provided.
